Position Summary: Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA analyst will be responsible for working closely with our development team and support team to ensure all our products meet set quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. You will help guide efforts to offer world-class features and solutions by ensuring our web applications are solid. You will also collaborate with the business team when acquiring new clients to ensure the best integrations possible, using the features that our products offer.

Major Accountabilities: – Lead efforts to enhance the quality of our products to deliver the best in class features and applications – Interface with business and development teams to understand and resolve any quality issues and testing defects that are discovered during any phase of the project (Agile) lifecycle. – Generate test reports that clearly communicate test results, concerns, and project status. – Collect and present to management and/or the client quality KPIs. – Work with a team of 10+ extremely talented QA staff in a fast-paced and demanding environment to deliver world class applications.

• Keep up to date with software and compliance industry trends and testing of outside software for comparison of functionality and ease-of-use. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies: – Undergraduate degree, preferably in a Quality Assurance Management discipline – Experience in quality assurance, execute test plans, identifying and managing problems and software defects – Good understanding of internet protocols, able to quickly detect connection problems and browser defects Are considered assets : – Expérience with QTP or Selenium Webdriver – Knowledge of JUnit, REST, XML, SOAP, WSDL, JSON – Saas experience is an asset – Basic understanding of financial software – Strong technical acumen, with the ability to learn new and dynamic software – Good understanding of internet protocols, able to quickly detect connection problems and browser defects If you’re looking to make a dynamic move to build a career and join a fast-paced, exciting organization, send us your resume, cover letter and salary expectations today.
