MISSION OF THE JOB:
·

Actively support the deployment and development of training modules in the Canadian market for Boutique employees

·

Effectively animate dynamic, pragmatic, and results oriented training sessions in French and in English

·

Coordinate, deploy, facilitate, evaluate and provide timely feedback regarding training, taking into account the different business needs and constraints

·

Stimulate the transfer of new skills and knowledge into the Nespresso work environment

·

To provide administrative and data entry support for the objectives of the Learning & Development group

Key Responsibilities:
Training Deployment

·

Contribute to and manage the local deployment plan of global training taking into account the local requirements and constraints of the business

·

Plan, publish, manage and evaluate the deployment plan and calendar for the region / market

·

Coordinate, deliver and facilitate both global corporate standard modules and local training based on the established plan

·

Work with suppliers for effectively managing local training requirements as per the organisation’s needs (Canadian market)

·

Provide training on technical as well as professional or managerial skills (e.g. Science of Coffee, Science of Machines, Sales & Customer Service, Management Coaching, etc.).

Tools/Systems

·

Continuously update and track progress of the deployment of training in the region / market in a timely and accurate manner using the designated support tools / systems

Planning and Organisation

·

Manage all logistics (venues, materials etc.,) and coordination of training, including communication with key stakeholders in the business and participants

·

Manage local translation (if required) of training materials

Managing budgets and KPIs

·

Assist in budgeting and planning based on the local market requirements / needs

·

Keep training budget constantly up-to-date and under control

Training Development / Improvement

·

Manage feedback in a timely and accurate manner using the support tools provided

·

Actively support building of training modules or sequences of training modules where necessary based on analysis /recommendations (Trainer’s and participant tools, appropriate methods, specific content)

·

Analyse and provide recommendations to improve overall training event satisfaction and pedagogical efficiency

Qualifications:
·

Bachelor’s Degree in administration, human resources, education or related field (e.g. sales).

·

3-5 years of experience in a related field

·

Language skills: perfectly bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)

·

Strong experience with delivering group and one-on-one presentations

·

Superior skills in training and facilitation

·

Excellent knowledge of presentation techniques, training tools and methods

·

Patience, pedagogical methodology (including coaching), empathy and listening capacity:

·

Very business oriented (attitude, awareness, requirements, alignment) with superior customer approach

·

Superior organisational and administrative skills

·

Good potential to understand and teach various subjects such as technologies, communication skills, selling skills etc.,

·

Analytical and problem solving oriented

·

Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (especially Power Point)

·

Formal training certification will be beneficial

·

Managerial experience beneficial

·

Passion for luxury products

·

Comfortable to travel occasionally
