MISSION OF THE JOB

Drive innovative and sustainable Supply Chain and Procurement solutions, towards delivering distinct competitive advantage for Nespresso and the Customer, by ensuring availability of products and services in order to optimize customer service and maximize product availability. Ensure the implementation of the overall Procurement strategy aligned with the Business strategy and aligned with the Functional objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Market cross functional alignment

Interact with HQ to align strategy and priorities and to support commercial objectives in the market

Contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate initiatives/ projects

In partnership with the trade and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy

Lead the Consensus Demand Planning (CDP) in the market. Leverage efficient planning (and related processes) to ensure availability of goods and services as a key competitive advantage and to achieve operational targets

Lead the Compliance and the Productivity Procurement objectives.
Procurement Day-to-day responsibilities

Market’s key contact (SPOC) for all Procurement related matters

Manage and mitigate risks

Deliver targets with adequate monitoring
Demand & Supply Planning Day-to-day responsibilities

Manage InterMarket Supply Issues, partnership agreements, common IMSP applications and ensure integration at the planning and transactional level

Leverage efficient planning to ensure availability of goods and services to achieve operational targets

Review Demand/Dispatch Plans on a weekly basis
Physical Logistics Day-to-day responsibilities

Manage the 3 PL (3rd Party Logictics) relashionship

Manage warehouse and inventory

Manage the flow and control of the CHEP and other pallets for the market
Delivery Services Day-to-day responsibilities

Manage the relationship with Logistics operatorsfor boutique & B2B deliveries, as well as Postal and delivery services for B2C and B2B

Ensure the highest possible of Delivery Service

Develop in close collaboration with Marketing and Club departments’ new distribution services
Develop continuous excellence mindset across function

Leverage the Supply Chain & Procurement enablers to drive costs, services, quality, competitiveness to be best in class

At market level, drive the development and implementation of good practices in Supply Chain & Procurement that will ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

Actively participate to NN SC & Procurement Forum (quarterly meetings, common activity planning)

Drive initiatives on sustainability and shared value
Excel in compliance

Ensure compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Supply Chain & Procurement Policies

Communicate, promote, control and ensure compliance, alignment and implementation of purchasing process, procedures and corporate guidelines (inc. Nestlé 7 steps strategic sourcing, Supplier Code & Nestlé Corporate Business Principles)

Ensure that all aspects of our operations are compliant with Food Safety, Environment, Quality, Safety and Occupational Health related policies. Liaise with the T&QM of the Market for all food and Quality related aspects

Manage all import related documentation, and liaise with Nestlé in the Market to leverage synergies
QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree or equivalent with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics or Procurement.

Luxury Brand Retail & E-Commerce previous experience is a great asset

At least 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar job within an International environment and direct to consumer business model (logistics, distribution, procurement, IMSP, exports/imports etc).

Has worked/ been exposed to collaborative business development projects with the Trade (Retailer, Distributors etc) and Marketing / Sales

Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a commercial and supply chain understanding and knowledge

Has successfully led negotiations in multinational and cross market teams
