Inventory Analyst
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely replenishment of equipment utilizing the SAP purchasing system and/or manual replenishment using available stock status reports
• Improve inventory turns by utilizing the SAP purchasing system and/or necessary manual processes
• Responsible to ensure purchasing related shortages are minimized in support of company service level objective
• Responsible for confirming all pricing for submitted purchase orders. Follow up with specific vendors required when non-compliant.
• Ensuring all unit pricing in SAP is updated and accurate
• Maintain continuous improvements to inventory shorts, and purchasing returns in supporting 100% service satisfaction.
• Responsible to follow up with vendors regarding specific shortages and service level concerns.
• Responsible for making appropriate arrangements to avoid shortages when required. (exception, pick-ups, deliveries, pre-receiving, etc.
• Establish, maintain and work towards a strong professional relationship with all suppliers
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• University degree
• Minimum 1-2 year in purchasing or logistics environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suites & Internet
• SAP experience required, SAP Business One a plus
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish priority and work under pressure to meet deadline
• Self-motivated with the ability to consistently show initiative
