The Needs Cashier is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. This position will provide customers with friendly and professional service offering solutions to the customer’s needs; and will process customer orders in a timely manner. The Needs Cashier will ensure accurate cash-handling procedures at all times through company practices, and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

- Provide customer service to meet customer needs – solution selling and customer product awareness

- Process customer transactions

- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures

- Maintain store merchandising and process inventory

- All other duties as required

Working Conditions

- Retail store

- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs

- Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Physical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting, and reaching

- Exposure to varying temperatures over short periods of time

- Exposure to sanitation and cleaning chemicals
