POSITION: Operations Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Logistics & Supply Chain

Reporting to the VP, Operations and Supply Chain, the Operations Analyst is responsible for the order processing, the control of the inventories of finished goods and is one of the main point of contact for customer service. The Operations Analyst would be involved in the decision making regarding the use of 3PL warehouses and will be a key player to identify better channels of distribution for each of our customers.

The ideal candidate for this position is able to demonstrate some creativity, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and cares about customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on optimizing inventory levels in multiple warehouses;
  • Arrange transportation for outgoing shipments;
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure fulfillment of POs;
  • Solve issues as they arrive, working with the Operations Manager, Sales, and/or Administration to resolve;
  • Work closely with the production planning department to cover the company needs in terms of finished goods.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a University degree in administration/management;
  • You have 3 years’ experience in supply chain;
  • You are bilingual, French/English (written & spoken);
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills;
  • You like to work in a team.
