POSITION SUMMARY
The Food Demo Representative will demonstrate and sample products to promote sales by educating and informing customers in product knowledge and the location of items. • Greet customers enthusiastically
• Provides excellent customer service by answering product-related questions and helping customers locate store merchandise
• Smile and make solid eye contact with customers
• Set up and organize cart/table for demonstration
• Serve samples and demonstrate products and explaining it-s attributes and features
• Maintain friendly, positive, well-groomed appearance
• Maintain professional, clean, healthy and safe work environment

Requirements:

THE SKILLS THAT ARE NEEDED

• Must possess Prepared Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli production skills.
• Must be able to individually and as part of team set up displays and participate in resets and remodels.
• Proper presentation for all poducts as directed by Merchnat, Store Manager or Vendor and in compliance with Planet Organic Markets
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Requires excellent communication skills, neat appearance, and good grooming
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers
• Basic food preparation required
