Here’s how this role will help:
Meet or exceed sales quotas
Deliver the marketing message consistently in a variety of settings using clear and concise communication to designated customers (ie key list)
Strategically executes the Cycle Plan, achieving the objectives for Continuing Health Education Programs and Group Sell Activities for each specific product.
Completion of administrative duties. This includes timely and accurate expense reporting, training in and adherence to corporate compliance regulations, sample inventory management, creating and updating target physician lists, and fulfilling legal requirements for speaker compensation at continuing education programs.
Develop strong relationships with Key Physicians, Gatekeepers, Pharmacists and Nurse Practitioners. Performance evaluation is based on achievement of key performance indicators such as target reach and frequency, timely expenditure of group sell budgets, and completion of administrative duties.
Occasional evening and weekend work is required

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
A college degree / diploma (or equivalent) in the Health Sciences and 1-3 years of progressive experience in Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Territory management skills
Self starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Medical-therapeutic product and Rx&D Marketing Code
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
