Our services are provided at the highest standards to be recognized as a global leader in OEM optimization in IPC Class 2 & Class 3 manufacturing. Our projects have included complex work on client profiles in markets such as Defense, Military, Space, Communications and High-End Commercial.
The essential functions of this entry level position are:
- Responsible for defining and supporting production push-line and mechanical assembly of a large variety of electronic PCB assemblies.
- Responsible for defining and supporting conformal coating processes.
- Responsible for defining and supporting microelectronic assemblies and associated cleanroom processes (wire-bonding, die attach, etc.)
- Use of Unicam software for process-related design.
- Technical analysis to provide root cause and corrective actions related to manufacturing process issues.
- Design of fixtures to be used throughout the manufacturing process.
- Electro-mechanical machine maintenance and support as required.
- Training of production personnel in the use of equipment and process requirements in multiple areas of the manufacturing process.
- Provide technical support for production in multiple areas.
- Improve and implement process controls and documentation to ensure correct and efficient operation within manufacturing.
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge
- Continuous process improvements.
- Able to work in a dynamic and at times hi-pressure work environment; team player; hands-on and practical approach.
Beneficial : basic electronics knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience as an electronic’s manufacturing process/manufacturing engineer. Bachelor’s degree required.
Position is open to Canadian citizens/residents only, who will be required to pass a police security background check.
