We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage all travel requirements across MPC Film Globally. Based in Montreal this role will be responsible for all aspects of travel across and from MPC London, MPC Vancouver, MPC Bangalore and MPC Montreal. Naturally this is a demanding role and requires someone who is happy with both a high volume of work with multiple stakeholders in different locations. Excellent customer service skill is key in the role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Looking after and dealing with all aspects of Travel for MPC Film globally, including tickets airline deals (cost effective fares), Air Miles record, airport pick-ups and other requirements.
  • Produce itinerary and ensure that the relevant people are kept aware of changes to the schedule.
  • Work with other teams globally to ensure the co-ordination of amenities are arranged.
  • Manage booking of hotels, short term accommodations and payments
  • Manage relocation arrangements with the different suppliers.
  • Single point of contact for all employees traveling or moving to a different location.
  • Arrange Expenses/currency/Float
  • Ensure all travel and expenses is appropriately approved and in line with the Global Travel, Expense and Entertainment Policy
  • Dealing with Travel Agencies, Car Hire Companies etc
  • Co-ordinate and follow up on travel expense claims.
  • Track costs and manage budgets, expenses, invoices and purchase orders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of coordination a high volume of travel arrangements.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Possesses strong working knowledge of full Microsoft office packages across both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Good communication and written abilities (clear, concise and an active listener),
  • Demonstrable experience working and delivering within a deadline driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to quickly forge and maintain relationships with peers, clients and staff and suppliers.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic and professional individual, committed to high levels of productivity.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management.
  • Bilingualism is essential
