Position Summary

You will be encouraging consumers to freshen up their house with Airwick. The full range of products provides various scents. Working in a retail setting you will engage consumers and get them interacting with the brand. You’ll be put through an interactive sales & product education training program before launching in to the world of Airwick! The knowledge and experience you provide to consumers will make a lasting impression.

Position Responsibilities

Using your natural charisma you’ll need to approach customers in a friendly and energetic way

Your previous experience in the customer service and knowledge of the home scent industry will help you connect with consumers and understand their specific needs

The ability to transition consumers to our featured Airwick products following their demonstration is a key to success in this role

The ability to overcome objections is critical as you strive to achieve your daily sales targets

In order for our client to see your great work, attention to detail is necessary for end of day reporting

Schedule

Training: Friday March 13

(5:00PM-8:00PM conference call)

Start Date: Thursday March 19

End Date: Sunday March 29

Hours

Thursday & Friday: 11:30AM-6:30PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:30AM-5:30PM

Qualifications

Outgoing and engaging personality!

Previous experience working with daily targets

Full access to reliable pc computer for end of day reporting
