You are an experienced retail and experiential marketing management
professional, who looks to drive the performance of your large team of Brand
Ambassadors every day! You have a knack for finding the best talent and
know how to unlock their potential. You’ve
got a keen eye for details and never miss a beat when handling your administrative
responsibilities.

What will you do?

The District Manager will

manage the retail execution of our
client’s business needs by delivering on program goals, while leading their
team towards personal and professional development and growth.

Responsibilities include:
Talent Management:
·

Recruitment, selection and management of Product Ambassadors and
field team; focus on ensuring all activation requirements are being met.

·

Performance management: coach,
re-train, measure, develop and recognize individuals using PA scorecard and
other resources. Conduct annual review
process.

·

Motivate
the field team, celebrate the successes of the team, and highlight their key
wins.

Compliance/ Experience

·

Delivery of 98% compliance for each activation within geographical
region for when the business is booked

·

Effectively reschedule any missed activations with Store Manager approval
and within time guidelines

·

Achieve or exceed all activation objectives including samples,
conversion, and sales lift

Store Communication/ Management:
·

Weekly communication with store management for locations within
geographic territory Client satisfaction establishing and maintaining direct
communication with store operation personal.

·

Contacting store for any project elements that need further follow
up

Administration

·

Manage the on-going administrative functions – payroll, expense submission;
scheduling/ deployment; weekly call activity and communication; managing all
approvals and submissions

·

Planning and executing regional team meetings and assist with
national meetings

·

Pro-active management of all assets in-store

Qualifications:
Ability to help others meet
and exceed standards focusing efforts on achieving high quality results
improving organizational performance.

Ability to provide added
value to clients providing service excellence to internal and/or external
clients.

Advanced knowledge of
competitors’ products and services to gain an organizational advantage

Complex decision making
ability in the face of risk and ambiguity

Excellent communication skills
and ability to foster open dialogue

Project Management skills:
organizing time and resources to accomplish objectives efficiently

Strong team-building and leadership
skills to help the team achieve excellent results.

Flexible work schedule as
workweek runs 40 hours Thursday – Monday

Must have a valid driver’s
license and full-time access to a reliable vehicle
