Solution Manager Benefits Implementation Montréal, Québec Permanent Full-Time Reporting to the Director, Solutions Management, the Solution Manager is responsible for leading the process of converting business vision or challenge into best-in-class solutions. Through innovation, fresh thinking and creativity, consistently identify and develop solutions that add positive sustainable value to prospective and existing clients, positioning Morneau Shepell as the market leader in Administration Outsourcing.

Responsibilities: -Analyze requirements documentation and work with internal colleagues and external clients to clearly understand client requirements and identify potential issues upfront -Lead the solution definition effort and the process of integrating available tools and resources to deliver solutions within appropriate parameters -Deliver innovative business consulting relevant to Morneau Shepell products and services, perform business process design and make recommendations on systems integration, and application design -Prepare and review requirements documentation -Proactively recommend options, risk vs. cost, benefits and other impacts on solution decisions to management -Investigate and develop solutions that leverage Morneau Shepell’s capabilities and offer high stakeholder value -In constructing the ideal solution, collaborate with internal teams to investigate procedural and technology options, while balancing Morneau Shepell’s overall ability to deliver -Develop and disseminate solution architecture documentation and direction to clients and the internal organization -During the solution implementation, actively consult on the solutions, explaining the rationale behind choices and making modifications to the solution when required -Establish solution delivery standards and procedures -Provide input in the selection of products and make recommendations on how to improve services Requirements: -3 – 5 years of experience as a Solutions Manager within the HR Outsourcing industry -Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management Commerce or equivalent experience. -Strong understanding of Morneau Shepell’s products and services across all lines of business -Proven leadership skills -Ability to leverage technology to solve business and technical challenges -Able to exhibit great clarity, confidence and accuracy when discussing projects, business solutions and technologies. -Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements in fast-paced, goal-oriented environment -High tolerance for ambiguity and comfortable working consistently at an abstract level -Superior client development skills
