Shepell.fgi’s industry-leading employee assistance program supports employees and eligible family members in assessing their work, life, and health issues, and is delivered in-person, telephonically, through e-counselling, video counseling, First Chat, and our myEAP mobile application.

Our Bilingual Recruiter will report to the Manager, International and National Recruitment (NIR), responsibilities will include:
Working in a high volume environment managing entire recruitment cycle from beginning to end; including sourcing of candidates, interviewing, and offer stages
Contribute to the NIR team’s overall success through strategic thinking and team playing
Forge excellent relationships with internal and external clients and candidates, using your superior communication and customer service skills
Compiling a resource of potential clinicians for future recruitment throughout Canada and globally through your network, social media and recruiter software tools
Contribute to other recruitment activities from time to time, including job fairs, presentations, and related activities both on and off site
A ssist in the ongoing maintenance of internal software and database

Succeeding as a Bilingual Recruiter will require the following core qualifications and skills
Human Resource or related degree
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/resourcing experience is required
Proven organizational and client service skills
Reputation for accountability, and for delivering high quality results within tight deadlines
Strong negotiation skills
A professional approach who is adaptable and resilient
Strong team player
Excellent knowledge of Outlook and all MS Office Applications
Flexibility and willingness to learn new technology
Fluency in English and French is highly desirable
