Job Overview:
The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the timely movement of goods in and out of Moodys Equipment and for keeping accurate records of inventory.

Main Duties:
Distribute special order parts by following through on installation or delivery to customers
Make necessary entries to inventory control system assuring proper records are kept with current pricing, as well as the recording and entering of special orders.
Participate in the preparation of the annual parts return to the manufacturer
Maintain periodical parts returns to the manufacturer
Make sure the technician or Customers receives the correct part, on time as promised.
Return all unsold merchandise immediately to the correct stock location
Document and correct discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities
Other tasks as requested by my Manager related to my position

Employment requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have adequate ability to operate and learn computer software specific to parts
