We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our identity management operations group. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting highly scalable and comprehensive identity management and certificate management platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for IDM and certificate management solutions.
  • Solutions range from industry-standard applications to homegrown
  • . Example: OpenIDM, SIM, etc
  • . Create tooling (as required) for support team usage.
  • Participate on calls with internal users and external clients or vendors.
  • P rovide Level 3 support and serve as subject matter expert for different
  • identity and cert management solutions [some solutions are authored
  • in-house].

Technical Skills: .

  • An acute understanding of: o IDM and LDAP related products such
  • as OpenIDM or SIM, UnboundID, ODSEE, Active Directory.
  • Public Key Infrastructure and HSM
  • General network and enterprise security concepts
  • Basic knowledge of operating system administration on Windows
  • and Linux [Redhat] platforms

  • An intermediate knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Perl, Python or Shell. C/C++ knowledge would be a bonus.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture.

  • Soft Skills:
  • Active interest in IDM or Cryptography and in Information Security.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills: capable of
  • writing comprehensive documentation, making presentations to an
  • internal audience and interacting positively with upper management,
  • colleagues and customers.
  • Independent problem-solving, highly motivated and self-directing.
  • Comfortable working in operations and support team with end user
  • interaction and with periodic on-call responsibilities.

Must be a self-starter, but must also recognize the importance and value of working as a member of a team.

An interest and understanding of emerging IT Trends such as cloud computing, web technologies and mobile device authentication.

Experience:

At minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Web Services Security.
CISSP or similar certification (optional).
