Position Summary:

Working as part of the team on the Grande Cache High School Revitalization Project , the Site Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support on day to day administrative duties as requested by management and site personnel.

This is a temporary (contract) part-time position , with possibility of full-time hours, and will be based at our on-site office located in Grande Cache, Alberta.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Timekeeping
• Maintain site specific tracking sheets
• Verifying and submitting new hire documents to appropriate HR/Payroll contact
• Receive all incoming communications and direct to appropriate personnel
• General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, meeting minutes
• Ensuring cleanliness of the site trailers

Qualifications:

• Extremely competent with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 2 years previous administrative experience; experience in construction an asset
• Work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Own vehicle
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required, based on project site demands
• Basic criminal record check required
