Today, farmers use our innovative seed-based products to help them protect their crops, produce healthier foods, better animal feeds and more fibre, while also reducing agriculture’s overall impact on the environment.
We are now seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Sales Operations Team as a Sales Support Representative.

Key Business Accountabilities.
The successful candidate will report to the Sales Operations & Support Manager and will provide customer service to our growers, retails and vendors and will be responsible for:

  • Building/maintaining relationships with contacts
  • Problem solving customer issues
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Customizing projects/processes to meet customer needs
  • Delivering on key marketing tactics

In addition to this, our Sales Support Representatives are also responsible for supporting our internal customers by:

  • Building / maintaining relationships with internal contacts
  • Understanding our business processes, products and programs
  • Understanding our technical product commitments
  • Reporting of customer information

Core Business/Functional Skills and Education

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Customer focused, with results orientation
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team orientated – positive attitude
  • Bilingual (English / French) would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry will be considered an asset

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 5 years
