Education: High school graduate or equivalent Experience: One or more years of previous customer service and cash handling experience Other skills: Self starter, team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical skills, excellent role model and leader, able to motivate and get the best from others, ability to work within the district on flexible shifts scheduled to operate during “retail business” hours of operations.


  • Provide a high level of Customer Service
  • Cash cheques quickly and efficiently
  • General office duties proper use of equipment
  • Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers
  • Prepare collection files and assist in the collection process
  • Extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the store
  • Extensive understanding of all company policies and procedures
  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of store

  • Having an extensive knowledge of all Security Procedures relating to branch operations
