Monarch House

is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Burnaby . The Client Service Representative will be a key member of our team, working closely with clients and colleagues. The CSR is responsible for the successful monitoring of client accounts to ensure optimal revenue and profit margins, and managing client relationships. She/he can effectively resolve any account issues by liaising with families, individuals on the client’s team, and other involved parties.

The CSR will report directly to the Regional Manager of Administrative Services and Director of Clinical Services

This is a full time position (Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM)

Specific Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the operation of the front line reception desk, including answering the telephone and providing customer service to clients and referral sources
• Answer queries form referral source and clients with regards to Monarch House Services
• Responsible for the management of the schedule and clinical efficiency
• Oversees and performs, when necessary, inventory control on purchase and supplies
• Assists families with financial planning to budget and manage funding contracts
• Thorough understanding of all treatment and assessment services offered by Monarch House and available government funding programs
• Manages the facility human resources (responsible for the on boarding/training of all staff, performance reviews of all admin staff, recruitment, retention efforts, and termination when necessary), under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services
• Ensures that all personnel are trained in the facilities emergency plans and evacuation procedures
• Responsible for all communication and action required by landlords and security maintenance
• Monitors A/R position for clinic within targets
• Properly manage time and deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to effectively communicate in team-oriented environment; function as liaison between multiple departments
• Monitor/flag account concerns
• Establish/maintain relationships with clients

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Customer service experience required; ideally in the service sector
• Warm, friendly telephone manner
• Strong grasp of accounting and reconciliation processes
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of the rehabilitation sector
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment
• Strong organizational, problem solving and computer skills
• Able to communicate well internally and externally
