Role Overview:
This entry-level summer position focuses on improving customer service levels at The Beer Store through order maintenance and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Be Accountable For:
Daily monitoring of The Beer Store (TBS) sales orders in SAP to ensure maximum customer service at the store level while minimizing overstocking and optimizing transportation resources.
Processing the daily TBS file to ensure all store orders are within tolerance and maintain orders based on inventory availability.
Coordinate with transport scheduled drops, transfers, or returns from TBS.
Process orders and returns for onsite retail store, duty frees, and airlines. Arrange transportation with dispatchers or third party logistics.
Review DC inventory levels and action stock level exposure.
Schedule and process all movements to and from co-packing facilities.
Provide customer service for TBS store managers.

Qualifications:
If You Have The Following…We Want To Hear From You!

Enrollment in, or completion of, post-secondary education
Customer Service experience
Familiarity with supply chain/logistics fundamentals preferred
Strong customer service orientation and excellent teamwork
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong PC skills and ability to learn new programs
