Join the momentum at MNP, as we are seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator for our growing Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Traffic Coordination

  • Using MNP software and systems, process all marketing, advertising and digital requests
  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members
  • Monitor jobs and status to ensure on time delivery

Print Production

  • Facilitate the production of print collateral with external suppliers and ensure quality control at all levels
  • Assist the Creative Director and Senior Design Manager in price negotiations with production
  • Research costs associated with various productions
  • Maintain a reference of quantities of materials being stored at various suppliers
  • Accountable for final billing of projects
  • Archive all print materials produced
  • Ensure graphic standards are being followed by designers and printing companies in accordance with firm standards and advertising laws and regulations
  • Act as ambassador for Marketing Department in maintaining on-going communication with external suppliers
  • On-going reporting of printing analytics
  • Submit final artwork to suppliers

Promotional Products

  • Work with external suppliers to develop and maintain a catalogue of promotional materials that can be accessed by the entire firm on a regular basis, adding and rotating items as needed
  • Maintain an executive promotional catalogue available only to the Board of Directors and Executive team
  • Facilitate the ongoing production and coordination of various initiatives
  • Source unique promotional options for individual campaigns and new initiatives with suppliers

Publications

  • Uphold mailing list for MPACT and other MNP Publications
  • Liaise with print supplier for final production of publication
  • Support surveys and research to ensure optimal use of publications and distributions
  • Help with management of databases
  • Conduct on-going reports of publication analytics

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Build new stationary to support new offices
  • Work with Office Administrators and Regional Marketing Manager to ensure all members of the merger are included
  • Liaise with local printer for printing and delivery of materials in time for merger date

Creative Department Resource

  • Secure line rates for print publications with assistance from the Creative Director
  • Manage a library of all media suppliers for easy reference
  • Sustain database of MNP rates throughout the country
  • Maintain library of dockets and media partners
  • Source pictures
  • Assist in building presentations for the firm
  • Act as a design resource when needed (type and assembly)

Credentials

  • Completion of post-secondary education in graphic design or production
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of marketing experience
  • Ability to work on Mac and PC platforms
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Familiar with digital and offset print production processes
  • Understand online and other technical platforms
