We offer a range of options including 1 bedroom and 1 plus den, to 2 and 3 bedroom suites – all of which include large balconies to take in the unmatched view. Heat, water, 3 appliances, and 1 parking stall are all included in the rental. Position Overview

The primary function of the Leasing Agent is to provide exceptional customer service. The incumbent must be able to perform the necessary sales and leasing functions to achieve the occupancy goals set out by the company. Leasing Agents will be required to assist with the administrative and operational function of the site when required. This position reports to the Site Manager.

Work Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm , Friday 1:00pm-5:00, Saturday 11:00am-4:00pm

Requirements

As an energetic individual, you will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position. You will be computer literate, possess knowledge of acts, laws and legislation as it pertains to residential property management and have experience in an office setting. A sales background will be considered an asset. Must be flexible to work afternoons/evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
