About the role:

Our people are the driving force behind our successes, and our team is growing. At this time, MTI is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst role who will help build the strategy, infrastructure, processes, and tools to accelerate our performance against ambitious targets. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will increase the productivity and production of the sales team through a combination of analyses, initiatives, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

While the role and responsibilities will vary based on business priorities, they typically include:

  • Own the sales team metrics, reporting, and dashboards we use to run the business
  • Drive the analyses that steer the sales org including lead generation and management, market coverage and segmentation, customer onboarding and retention, etc.
  • Work regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to enable sales and share successes
  • Help drive the product roadmap by identifying product gaps and communicating them accordingly


  • Bachelors degree required, with major in analytical or technical field strongly preferred
  • 1-2+ years of analytical experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or relevant role
  • Strong recent graduates can be considered
  • Preference would be given to those who can join immediately

Functional competencies/ skills required:

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, analyses, and models
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus (salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle and get things done
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations and communicate complex data concepts in ways that leaders and the wider organization will understand
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment; ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
