Position Overview
The main function of an IS program manager is to provide the over-arching leadership and guidance on related projects, often with a view to improve project performance. The IS Program Manager’s role is closely related to strategic planning and portfolio management and includes working with the PMO to source project managers, providing oversight and re-mediation to troubled projects and ensuring compliance controls and standards are engaged. They manage, lead and collaborate with internal and external customers and are also accountable to ensure fiscal discipline and predictable results with respect to forecasting, accruals and monthly variance reporting. This position is a one year contract with the possibility of extension. This requisition will close Thursday, August 6th (end of business day). Interviews will take place the week of August 10th – 14th

Responsibilities
PROJECTS: This role will work primarily with two projects that are both currently in motion. 1. Royalties Program – developing, implementing, and maintaining a tool-set to manage royalty operations within the business.
2. Budget & Forecasting – developing, implementing, and maintaining a tool-set to manage budgeting and forecasting for all Business Units. This role will also be involved with upstream and downstream planning initiatives.
