Join our MEGA – Mattel Human Resources Team as a Temporary Student!

Here is what we offer at MEGA – Mattel for a student role on our Human Resources Team:

  • Work part-time during school year and full time during summer; working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 3:30pm, 15-20 hours per week;

Role Summary :

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, the temporary student will partner with the Recruiter to fill available positions in our Montreal factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the selection process for factory positions:
  • Post available positions;
  • Interview with potential candidates;
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment requisitions are completed on time;
  • Prepare and extend offer of employment to selected candidates;
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Participate to various HR projects as requested.

Requirements:

  • University student in a Human Resources program;
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure high quality service is delivered to hiring managers, employees and candidates;
  • Superior communication skills, sound judgement;
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities and complete projects in a timely manner;
  • Attention to details, team player and self-starter;
  • Strong work ethics and professionalism, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information;
  • Bilingual, French and English (written and oral).
