  • Coordinate the Supply Chain through Material Requirements Planning in the US, Canada and Australia
    • Set up the stock code maintenance and inventory levels, based on demand
    • Periodical check of stock codes accuracy based on Purchase Orders and Jobs
    • Verify that the MRP is set up accurately
    • Perform Supply Chain Transfers between distribution warehouses
  • Monitor and Analyze Inventory
    • Analyze the demand versus sales each day and update forecasts
    • Analyze the inventory levels (positioning) based on profit values, GMROI, Turns, COGS
    • Initiate immediate action in out-of-stock situations
  • Forecasting
    • Analyze forecasting inaccuracies
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent English (oral & written) and French (oral & written)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Advanced mathematical abilities, especially in probability and statistics
  • Good command of spreadsheets, statistical tools and database software
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is considered an asset
  • Professional certification in Six Sigma and/or APICS is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Syspro is an asset.
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in Supply Chain
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations
