Job Summary
The Contract Specialist is responsible to manage customer contracts and proceed to accurate and timely billing of equipment, maintenance contracts, consumables and other services. This is a part-time, temporary position working 3 days/week.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy billing of equipment when all required documents and acceptance letter have been received 
  • Proceed to the billing of parts, maintenance contracts, consumables and other services with accuracy and timeliness 
  • Process and track contract terminations 
  • Track and develop tracking systems to manage contract renewal special clauses 
  • Maintain and improve procedures related to contract management 
  • Manage part of the life-cycle of contracts; 
  • Analyze and interpret legal contract terms 
  • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems 
  • Brings innovative solutions as business model and market conditions evolve 
  • Monitor contract compliance, review of schedule adherence, and lead contract change management; work in collaboration with Sales coordinator 
  • Understand and comply with McKesson policies and procedures 
  • Prepare various reports to management 
  • Ensure that customer changes such as customer information, equipment moves, relocation, removals, etc., are properly recorded in the accounting system 
  • Maintain the documentation, back up and authorization for adjustments as per McKesson policies.

Qualifications
Section B – Job Requirements
  • 3-4 years’ experience in relevant position 
  • Degree in business or equivalent 
  • Understanding of accounting transactions 
  • Fluently bilingual, written and oral 
  • Detail oriented and organized 
  • Team player and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WORD 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Problem solving abilities
