Job summary

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the analyst is responsible for conducting a complete analysis of Quebec banner service offering activities as well as of the purchase and sales performance results of banner members. The incumbent is also responsible for the integrity and governance of the Quebec banner group’s business information, ensuring that requests comply with governance guidelines.
Section A – Specific responsibilities
  • Prioritize various Quebec banner group client analyses and coordinate all activities with various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Help develop startup assessment, recovery and performance plans.
  • Develop, implement and support interactive reporting solutions as well as end-user documentation applications and solutions, including Smartsheet, Maple, Microsoft Power BI and Blist.
  • Actively participate in the national alignment of data management and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to users as needed.
  • Work with department team leaders to assess new data sources from the various business units or external data to determine the feasibility of generating reports and successfully integrate them into team processes.
  • Prepare, coordinate, analyze and interpret various banner service offering reports for banner members.
  • Use data to draw business conclusions to set our market strategies.
  • Build a business intelligence process for competition in the marketplace.
  • Analyze certain problems, trends and new optimization opportunities to increase efficiency, improve our processes and maximize sales results.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and in partnership with the various business units.
  • Liaise with Proxim’s various internal stakeholders and clients to answer questions about banner service trends.
  • Anticipate and assess internal and external needs and react accordingly.
  • Support advisors in analyzing results and in preparing and coordinating various purchase reports and banner services.
Section B – Key responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and monitor the activities of the Quebec banner group’s multiple clients according to set priorities.
  • Maintain a good grasp of how your decisions impact all client activities.
  • Make quick decisions that take into account the interests of the parties involved and recommend effective solutions.
  • Plan, organize and determine processes to maximize efficiency, productivity and service levels to clients.
  • Work cooperatively with a variety of people and communicate effectively with clients.

Section C – Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or the equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of software such as SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the pharmacy industry
  • Ability to work effectively without close supervision
  • Ability to identify needs and issues and find appropriate solutions
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to ensure data integrity and quality
  • English and French, written and spoken
