Job Summary

Interested applicants should possess the following qualities.

-Ability to work alone and complete tasking with minimal supervision.

-Ability to diagnose and maintain mechanical systems.

-Ability to read and understand log books and computers and or a willingness to learn.

-Ability to communicate with people via email, text and phone.

-Strong time management skills will be extremely beneficial to the interested applicants.

Responsibilities and Duties

Building Manager.

-Maintain a log book for daily activities on site.

-General Building maintenance.

-Ensure clients move in’s and outs are facilitated.

-Some spot cleaning, supervision of cleaners may be required from time to time.

-Ensure parking lot is secure and vehicles are not parked errantly or illegaly.

-Watch camera’s and report when incidents occur.

-Act as an on site liaison between management and occupants.

Qualifications and Skills

-Any technical training or trade is considered an asset.

-Ability to work alone.

-Previous experience in condo building management or maintenance is an asset.

-Ability to work full time, and currently seeking that role.

-Ability to work part time as building manager and we would likely have the successful candidate integrate the rest of their time doing other duties for McCormick General Construction Inc.

Benefits

Benefits after probationary period. {90 days} (80%) coverage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 to $21.50 /hour
