Daily Responsibilities:
• Providing 1st level support for banking applications for 40,000 employees (Procurement and Sourcing Applications) across Canada
• Answering inquiries in regards to the bank Procurement applications
• Assisting employees in navigating the applications with other functions such as filing expense claims
• Hosting training sessions for some end-users
• Calls are from bank employees only

Must Have Skills:
ATLEAST 3 years of Help Desk Experience
• Proven ability to quickly assess and identify issues and provide well thought of solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of banking applications
• Previous experience in a financial institution
• University degree OR Diploma with relevant experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred but not mandatory
