Daily Responsibilities:
Providing 1st level support for banking applications for 40,000 employees (Procurement and Sourcing Applications) across Canada
Answering inquiries in regards to the bank Procurement applications
Assisting employees in navigating the applications with other functions such as filing expense claims
Hosting training sessions for some end-users
Calls are from bank employees only
Must Have Skills:
ATLEAST 3 years of Help Desk Experience
Proven ability to quickly assess and identify issues and provide well thought of solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of banking applications
Previous experience in a financial institution
University degree OR Diploma with relevant experience
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in a call center environment
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred but not mandatory
