Duration (# of weeks) 48
Hours of Work 0700-1530
Number of Hours per week 40
Employee rate of pay- $16.00-$23.40+4%

DUTIES •

Performing warehouse work involving shipping and receiving of physical assets, moving material, restacking; •
Operating basic tools, hand tools, wrapping equipment, electric pallet lift, manual pallet lifts and forklift; •
Assisting in the disposal of physical assets; •
Assisting in the distribution of physical assets; •
Monitoring inventory levels of physical assets •
Retrieves product from appropriate storage rooms and store for use in a pending project; •
Assisting in the installation and removal of various events (kiosk, stages, chairs, tables, panels, etc..); •
Operate a computer and maintain an inventory system; •
Lifting of boxes, equipment and/or furniture (approximately 50 lbs).

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The resource will be working mainly in a warehouse environment. In some cases, where pickups and deliveries are assigned to various floors, the resource will be required to walk the floors of the work location.

MANDATORY CRITERIA (resource must have the following)
Must meet the Minimum Mandatory Qualifications as per THS •

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is required
Experience: •

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required
In addition to the minimum qualifications required by the classification (education and experience), the potential candidates must also demonstrate the following mandatory requirements:

M1 • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is required •
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required

M2 • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing warehousing operations support services (please refer to the suggested duties above);

M3 Current electric pallet lift certification/ Current forklift certification AND current WHIMIS certification;
To be provided at time of submission

The Candidates must be able to Transport boxes of records weighing up to 40KG (lifting, carrying and moving)
The candidate must provide their own Personnel Protective Equipment (safety boots)
