One of MaxSys GSI client is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives (Sales/Loyalty) candidates for initial 6 months contract. The Customer Service and Loyalty Representative will be responsible to be the contact prime with clients to offer contract renewals, explain services to new clients as well as negotiating with cancelled Members to gain their services back.
Candidates Must be available to work shifts and on weekends
Assess Customer needs
Build rapport with our clients over the telephone
Gather information to understand Customer requirements
Provide product, service and pricing explanations
Treat calls from members that want to cancel their Mobility service or are considered a high-risk of leaving.
Diagnose possible problems and propose solutions with detailed actions
Minimum 1 year of Customer service
Strong decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Working knowledge and experience with technology such as computers, mobile devices and digital products
Must be available to work a variety of shifts within our operating hours
High School diploma or equivalent
