Located in Mississauga, Ontario, our Northern Sales Team is in search of a career-oriented National Accounts Coordinator. In this role, you’ll serve as a key contributor with a primary focus on supporting the National Account team responsible for the Canadian Tire, TSC and New Business accounts. In this role, you would be responsible for facilitating the sales process, interfacing with various internal departments, as well as interfacing externally with key personnel at our retail partners and key vendor partners. Specific responsibilities include:


  • Coordinate projects, track assignments, tasks and timelines, as well as communicate status reports, agenda’s and associated meeting minutes to the Account Team, our retail partners and Maurice management team, as required.
  • Serve as a key point of contact/internal coordinator for the retail partner’s team; screen incoming requests, address, and assign, as required.
  • Interface with key customer contacts, internal Maurice departments, branch management, and the Field Operations team to ensure the account plan is clearly communicated and service standards are maintained.
  • Serve as the key link of the Account Team to the Field Operations team; provide customer support to Territory Managers, District Managers and account contacts/retail locations regarding a variety of activities and service requests.
  • Input critical sales and merchandising information, as well as ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with the National Accounts Manager, Account Executives and Maurice Category Management to identify, analyze, prepare, and present new sales programs that advance the company’s and customer’s financial/market positions.
  • Perform an array of related sales support functions including coordination of regular department meetings and calls, assistance in the preparation of quotes/proposals/presentation documents in support of customer account engagement
  • Other responsibilities as assigned in support of account plans and initiatives.


  • 3-5 years sales support experience – preferably in an entrepreneurial organization serving the large format retail channel.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A professional demeanor, as well as, a high-degree of flexibility, responsiveness and self-direction.
  • Demonstrated success building and sustaining productive partnerships with internal/external customers, along with a strong team orientation.
  • Exceptional analytical, numerical computation, organization, and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, SAP, as well as, Outlook or Lotus Notes.
  • Ability to identify repeatable processes and simplify work flow.
  • Ability to travel overnight on a periodic basis.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Liberal Arts & Sciences (or equivalent combination of education & experience).
