Summary: The Account Support Associate will help our Solutions Managers manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will want to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment where he or she learns proprietary software that is constantly evolving. Some of the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Implement the operational details of client programs at start-up or in mid-stream in line with Market Force’s Customer Feedback Center of Excellence

Work under the direction of a Solutions Manager or directly with certain clients

Conduct detailed testing and document testing and escalate issues as required

Organize training to educate and activate new clients

Resolve issues and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Send out client reports, as necessary

Provide management reporting/metrics

The successful candidate will be a quick learner of new software who enjoys and quickly learns new systems that are constantly evolving. Attention to detail, interest in data and data analysis and experience with advanced features of Excel beneficial. Must be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills are required. Must also be proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
