PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
- Provide support to PQ Management Team & Territory Managers
- Provide monthly sales (push/burst) reports to PQ Team – TIR1, ASR9A, PSR1, PSR2, Set/Subset reports
- Create and manage all documents for FOE & incentives
- Create/manage monthly production of retail POS tools (price cards, sell sheets)
- Management of sales materials on iMAB
- Delivery of all sales materials to Territory Managers
- Create menus, feature cards, table insert and also print if possible
- Organize samples for products currently listed for PQ Team
- Update RA/Depot price list
- Assist in the planning of sales meetings
- Work with Trade Marketing to create/update product profiles for all RA/SA/SL SKUs
- Order ad hoc POS for PQ Team
- Coordinate staffing and execution for all approved events (internal/external)
- General office tasks
SAQ Channel
- Manage the SAQ RA/Depot new listing process
- Liaise with Quebec Sales Manager to ensure all samples and complete paperwork is delivered to the SAQ within specified deadlines
- Set up new RA/Depot listings within the internal pricing/product database
- Maintain and track all new listing documents
- Request samples for all new RA/Depot listing applications – manage LCBO SAQ RA/Depot listing samples in wine room
- Ensure that Specialty Coordinator clears samples through customers
- Manage label compliance through understanding the Canadian label standards
- Coding/Filing of all SAQ invoices
New Supplier On-Boarding
- Work with Quebec Sales Manager and Specialty Coordinator to gather authorization letters for submission to the SAQ for RA suppliers
Programming
- Manage promotional applications submissions & calendars
- Maintain and track all promotional applications
- Strategically apply for all SAQ tastings and special events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of administration experience
- Advanced computer skills (excel, publisher, adobe).
- Very well organized.
- Proven time management skills (prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
