Maplesoft Group is currently looking to identify an Application Support Analyst to join one of our Calgary clients.

• Support and maintain applications including ESRI ArcGIS/ArcFM, AutoCad, Bentley, Microstation, Autodesk AGDS/Map and Adobe
• Ticket resolution research and support
• Identify, troubleshoot, escalate and document production issues for the environment
• Modifies technical documentation in support of application or maintenance changes
• Communicates with team leads on status of issues and assignments

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5-10+ years’ experience in IT technical support of proprietary and COTS Business Applications.
• Previous experience supporting ESRI Suite of GIS products including ArcGIS, ArcGIS for Server, ArcSDE
• Experience supporting Schneider Electric Arc/FM suite of products is an asset
• Experience with desktop/mobile, client/server, and web-based applications and architectures as they relate to ESRI enterprise software / solutions.
• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Electric Utility knowledge is an asset.
