Reporting: Manager, Marketing and Digital
Candidate will work closely with in house Digital Designer/Media Manager and Manager of Marketing to developing and executing ORR/RGK digital marketing campaigns and ensure roster has an active footprint in all online, social media, streaming & mobile platforms.

Job Description: • Create and implement social media calendars for the RGK Roster ensuring that all posts align with each brand.• Build and manage social media influencer lists.• Build and manage playlists across all streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music etc)• Facilitate online contesting and distribute prizing.• Create and distribute weekly ‘Top Country Tip Sheet’• Weekly social media reporting for entire roster and RGK brands.• Build relationships with campuses across Canada to develop artist ‘street teams’.• Help to manage topcountry.ca• Work with marketing manager and designer to execute marketing plans online.• Work at events/award shows to promote RGK roster and Top Country.
Requirements• Deep passion for music• Strong social media understanding and fundamentals• Strong computer skills (Word Press, editing of images)• Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and ability to proactively resolve issues• Self-motivator & self-reliant• Produce grammatically correct written promotional materials• Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working on small collaborative team with minimal support• Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace, rules and competitive landscape
