POSITION OVERVIEW

As a valuable member of the Cash Operations team, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization for BMO Field and Scotiabank Arena. Following games and events, you will perform cash processing, entry level accounting and office duties. Shift times are normally 10pm to 3am.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the administration of cash management for various events
  • Working with, communicating and providing service to internal Managers/Supervisors
  • Process event cash totals in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Perform security pick-ups from depositories
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Previous experience in mid-high volume data administration an asset
  • Solid computer skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in banking or data entry an asset
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Shown ability to maintain utmost confidentiality of information and documents
  • Ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
