The Toronto Marlies Hockey Club is seeking a positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. As part of the Ticket Sales and Service team, your focus will be generating new business and the required activity necessary to achieve all sales and service objectives. Your leadership, teamwork and commitment to our vision will ensure your success.


• Develop prospects for group, suites, mini/flex plans and season seat ticket sales through referrals, cold calls, social selling, direct mail and current contacts
• Meet or exceed ticket sales and service revenue objectives
• Achieve or exceed hustle metrics including aggressive out-bound call targets to existing or potential new fans
• Prepare and execute presentations to sell group, partial and new season seat ticket packages
• Conduct in-game appointments / tours to assist in closing new and servicing existing clients
• Maintain client records, customer information files and other related administrative service duties
• Manage the ticket system, including proper ticket administration and balancing of the financial process
• Perform promotional or service functions as required

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is an asset
• Experience prospecting new clients through outbound calling would be an asset
• An alignment with MLSE’s Vision and Values
• Completion of a post secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends as required
