POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner ensuring on-time departures and deliveries. This position is an evening shift – Monday to Friday 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate daily orders with Distribution, Traffic and 3 rd Party warehouses
Invoicing of domestic orders
Invoicing of Replenishment orders
Responding to individual customer requirements as necessary
Maintain daily spreadsheets
Maintain CHEP pallet updates and accruals and uploads
Maintaining daily and monthly metrics
Liaison with Customer Service, Shipping, Traffic, Drivers
Preparation of Annex H’s for CFIA on Export loads
Packaging and completing driver paperwork
Scanning and filing POD’s
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or better
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
SAP Experience would be an asset
Order Processing Experience an asset
Strong problem Solving, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
Ability to Multi-task and manage changing priorities
Outstanding interpersonal skills
