We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join out Canadian Division Technology (CDT) Retail Wealth Management and Consumer Markets (RWMCM) Applications Management Services (AMS) team! Key Accountabilities Financial

Expense Tracking and I/O Reporting – Ensure monthly expenses are in line with was is reported, dispute charges, report of tends
Develop cost/benefit analysis and feasibility studies
Strong contribution to and creations of business cases
Leadership

Liaise with business partners and further develop analytical capability in department based on best practices
Generate new and unique ideas, approaches, and solutions to complex situations
Consult with management on department needs, opportunities and operational effectiveness
Contribute to geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders (and Vendors as needed)
Partner with peers across the division to share best practices
Cross Divisional View with a deliberate attempt to understand what others are doing
Understand key issues and pain point at a detailed level
Metrics & Reporting

Monthly Matrix Reporting – Assembling a monthly report for Tim’s team, which the current AMS report would be included
Enhanced AMS reporting – Meant Time to Recovery, SLA reporting, Ticket aging, uptime reporting, outage times and so on….
Analyze complex I/O reports & identify trending
Presents recommendations to management and implementing solutions
Provide input to strategic planning and direction and identifying opportunities, risks and impacts
Designs and develops a metric program that is consistent with the team’s and mission, goals, and quality policy
Governance
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Contribute to the development of department processes that support the corporate objectives Expense tracking and BU reporting (I/O & metrics)

Ensure monthly expenses are in line with monthly report. Dispute charges, report of tends
Assembling a monthly report for the entire BU team incorporating the AMS monthly report AMS: Meant Time to Recovery, SLA reporting, Ticket aging, uptime reporting, outage times for RWMCM
Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills & Experience required

Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management
Knowledge of the business unit and its functions
Thorough knowledge of improvement methodologies to lean and improve BU processes.
Keeps the big picture in focus while being detail-oriented
Handle multiple competing tasks and priorities
Question traditional practices and assumptions
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Effective influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Influence and negotiating skills
Effectively use multi-media technology for engaging virtual teams
Ability to keep a balance of confidence and approachability
Demonstrate judgment and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of process design, analysis, and productivity improvement methodologies
Post-secondary education
5-8 yrs experience in IT with business process and analysis experience
