Are you a Senior Administrator who has worked within a large financial institution working with Financial Advisers? If so we have a position for you!

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant for a 3 month contract.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

*Provide high-level administrative sales support to a Financial Adviser

*Processing documents with high attention to detail required

*Working and creating excel spreadsheets

*Auditing reports

*Preparing cash balance reports

*Answering calls and making calls to set up appointments

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess:

*3 to 5 years’ experience working with an Administrative role specifically with Financial Adviser an asset

*Knowledge of stocks, bonds, money market, mutual funds RRSP and RIFF is an asset

*Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excel, Word & Outlook

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
