This position is a senior management role in CCS responsible for developing MTS’ Retail channel strategy and implementing all aspects of the Retail Programs. This position plays a key role in evolving CCS strategic plans, including research and analysis of best practices in the retail channel, extensive problem solving and solution development. The role requires strategic thinking, planning, business cases development, financial analysis and budgeting, building presentations for communicating cross departmental, cross VP groups and influencing senior leadership and Partner/Dealer organizations on implementing our plans and programs.
Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration with a major in Marketing, Sales, Finance or Accounting; or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Extensive experience in Marketing or Sales developing, gaining approvals and implementing major strategies, projects and programs.
Extensive experience in revenue and expense budgeting, variance analysis, and business case development.
Experience in a retail environment working with a franchise/dealer business model developing and implementing retail programs.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects and concepts.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to Senior Management and Front Line Leaders.
Experience in the Capital Planning, approval process and new service introduction process.
Experience exercising change management and continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
Knowledge of the dealer business model with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written to all levels of management.
