CURRICULUM/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS
(Short-Term Contract Positions)

MITT is seeking qualified and knowledgeable curriculum/instructional designers to develop instructional materials in its Post-Graduate Certificate programs for the following courses:

Essentials of Management

Change Management and Practices of Leadership

Conflict Negotiation

Leading Multi-Disciplinary Teams

Introduction to Human Resource Management

Financial Management

Leading for a Globalized Economy

Building Capacity for Leadership

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure course content is reflective of contemporary practices in the field of study.

Identify text and other reading materials, and prepare supplementary materials including lecture notes, slide presentations, and digital and multi-media resources required to effectively communicate course content.

Prepare course outline to institutional standards.

Prepare course assessment components including rubrics and answer keys.

Requirements:
At least 5 years or more work experience in the field of study or relevant discipline

Instructional design, curriculum development, and/or relevant project management experience

University degree (Master’s preferred)
