Manitoba Cooperative Honey Producers is looking to hire part-time casual Production Workers to join our fast paced team.

Reporting to the Production & Compliance Supervisor, the part time Production Workers will perform various tasks within the production area of a honey processing plant. Regular work week is Monday-Friday with the opportunity to work up to 8 hour a day, however please note that this position is on call, and daily or weekly hours are not guaranteed.


  • Packing line duties including but not limited to dispensing tubs, lidding, capping, bottle turning, stacking, and packing
  • Dump honey from bottles into barrels
  • Affix labels to pails and bottles
  • Assemble display cases
  • Clean equipment, sweep and mop floors
  • Throws out recycling and other garbage
  • Clean up honey spills
  • Help out with other duties as required
  • Follow HACCP and GMP requirements to ensure a safe, quality product.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager


  • Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in food manufacturing environment considered an asset.
