We are looking for a talented and experienced full-time Deal Secretary/Administrator to join our team.

The candidate must have at least 2 years of related working experience in a real estate office and must know LoneWolf (brokerwolf) sofware, Quick Books, Quick Office Commander, MLS system, RECO, TREB and Fintrac rules, Microsoft office. Successful candidates should be detail oriented, take initiative, a team player and able to excel in a fast paced and demanding environment. They must have excellent customer service and people skills. Excellent Analytical skills. Excellent organization skills. Must be an independent worker and team player. Excellent computer skills. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple priorities, tight deadlines and ability to multitask.
