a day in the life of a Digital Engagement Coordinator

  • you are the voice of lululemon in the digital space
  • you manage and build relationships with our digital guests in our internal and external online community (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, heylululemon, Instagram, Pinterest, product reviews, lululemon blog, external blogs, etc)
  • your engagement helps educate, challenge and inspire our guests, and the occasional chuckle
  • you are a problem solver and provide best in the world product education and guest experience through every interaction
  • you identify opportunities such as digital trends and topics relevant for lululemon to join in on and potential relationships to build
  • you execute on social media campaigns and look for ways to amplify engagement and user-generated content
  • you provide basic analysis on the health of our community using tools such as Simply Measured, Sysomos Heartbeat, Facebook Insights, and embed these data-driven insights within our cross functional partners’ operations
  • you attend our community events and provide in the moment content and digital engagement

the finer print

  • two or more years experience in social media and/or brand management (agency experience is an asset)
  • university/college degree in marketing communications or a related program is an asset
  • strong understanding of brand storytelling with excellent written communications skills to ensure accurate, grammatically correct guest-facing communications that is engaging, personal, and aligns with the lululemon brand, values, and positioning. Fluency in French, both verbal and written is an asset
  • flexibility to work weekends and on scheduled hours
  • passionate about digital engagement and have extensive knowledge of social media channels and how our guests use them
  • strong creative skills (ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is an asset)
  • experience in managing multiple responsibilities and projects with cross functional teams
