About the Opportunity

The B2B Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and effective use of digital channels, including web, mobile, social and email. This individual will actively support the digital team in developing and implementing the B2B digital marketing strategy and perform in-depth analysis of channel performance metrics to provide insights and make recommendations to reach the target audience.

Responsibilities
·

Publish content and maintain publishing calendar for corporate websites – including regular content updates, monitoring and recommend areas for optimization based on web analytics
·
Implement and measure website tagging on all web properties and all digital or integrated campaigns
·
Support daily interaction and provide regular analysis of all B2B social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others for LoyaltyOne corporate channels and SME accounts as required
·
Work with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) vendor relationship to provide guidance and direction on keyword strategy performance and search measurements and monitoring
·
Support and implement outbound email and lead nurturing automated marketing campaigns utilizing Silverpop or comparable Marketing Automation Software
·
Provide input and execute A/B tests for improved conversion on landing pages
·
Maintain Salesforce.com (CRM) platform and perform maintenance and training for all users as needed
·
Collaborate with all internal areas of marketing, IT and outside vendors to achieve business objectives
·
Support the development of video content for sharing on all platforms
·
Identify new technologies and forecast opportunities and emerging trends in the industry, and make recommendations as needed
·
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
Qualifications
·

A college or university degree in communication, marketing or business
·
Web savvy with 2-4 years related digital marketing experience in all or some of the following digital areas: web development, online strategy, email, social media, content creation or another relevant area
·
Proven experience using Web Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or comparable) and Marketing Automation tools (Silverpop or comparable)
·
Knowledge of search engine marketing & optimization (SEM/O) for organic and paid search programs
·
Strong understanding of best-practices in digital content strategies, brand digitization, and the digital development process
·
Ability to analyze web traffic, click through patterns and other online consumer behaviour and implement strategies for the purpose of internet lead conversions
·
Good campaign analytical skills, with the ability to see how all pieces fit together
·
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
·
Attention to detail, strong coordination skills and strives to ensure high overall quality
·
Experience organizing and executing integrated campaigns, plans and briefs
·
Strong understanding of video production techniques
·
Good Photography, editing and Photoshop skills
·
A person who thrives on new ideas and innovation
·
Knowledge of French an asset but not required
