WhatYou Will Do

The primary function of the Load Puller is to supportdelivery activities. This includes inspecting

merchandise priorto loading and delivery, preparing merchandise and loads fordelivery, following planned delivery routes,

verifying invoicesagainst items loaded, and assisting customer installations orreturns. The Load Puller is responsible for

unloading,installing, and checking appliances and store equipment. TheLoad Puller is also responsible for providing

excellent customerservice by greeting customers and assisting customers inlocating, selecting, demonstrating, and loading of merchandisein a friendly and professional manner. Lastly, the Load Pulleris responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.

WhatWe’re Looking For

Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any dayof the week. Required to work a

schedule as determined by sales,customer, and business needs, but may be changed by storemanagement based on the needs of the store.

Physical ability to move large,

bulky and/or heavymerchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may requireprolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary toperform job duties.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic(addition, subtraction).

Preferred Qualifications

3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment suchas lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.

6 months experience performing retail customer service.
